We recommend turning off the sound and playing both videos at the same time. We came upon them when we were reading blogs the other morning, and were blown away by this kismet-ish reminder of simultaneity.

The first is a fly-by video of Saturn made from thousands of hi-res photographs taken by the Cassini orbiter (via Kottke).

The second video is of the late, legendary Japanese potter Shoji Hamada making a bowl (via Reference Library).
