It’s raining out and we’re not going to the park to work out. And we’ve been sitting all day writing posts with more to do. But we WILL take 4 minutes out to workout.

Quick 4 is based on the concept of high intensity interval training (HIIT). It follows the popular Tabata protocol, a regimen originally used by Japanese Olympic athletes. It’s similar to the much talked about 7 Minute Workout which we are big fans of.

We downloaded Quick 4 to our iphone and find that a 4-minute work out allows for no excuses and  won’t let us off the hook, despite the fact that we are naturally lazy dogs (exercise-wise).
