(Video link here.) This tiny video is the perfect guide to meditation for beginners and the meditation-averse. It gives a simple method and the science of why meditating for only five minutes daily will change your life. Unlike anything else in your life, in meditation, ‘failure’ is actually success.

Your brain’s gonna go nuts, and that’s fine. The whole game is to notice when you’ve gotten lost, and then to start over. And then start over again. And again. And again. Every time you do that, it’s like a bicep curl for your brain…

Meditation is unlike anything you do in the rest of your life. Failure is actually success.

The whole game is just trying, failing, starting again, failing, starting again.

Samuel Beckett’s perfect mantra seems made for this:

  1. Question about membership. I can access fully on my iPhone, but am restricted on my computer. Why is that?

  2. Hi, I’m sorry to take so long to get back to you…didn’t see your comment.

You will need to sign in to your account on your computer.
    However,
Sometimes the browser gets “stuck” in an outdated mode and needs help to see new info.

The simple fix for this is to refresh the sign-in browser page several times. That clears the old information and lets Tinypass recognize the new subscription.

If this doesn’t work, try emptying your browser’s cache, then refresh several times.

If the problem continues, go into your browser’s Preferences and chose “enable 3rd party cookies” in order to stay logged in. This usually solves 99% of these types of issues.

If you STILL have problems, please contact me directly at [email protected], describing what happens and what device and OS you are using.

Thanks so much for supporting Improvised Life.
