(Video link here.  Every once in a while, we come across a video that acts like meditation…or perhaps you might say, watching it IS a meditation, where we are brought into a moment of illusive awareness. Thich Nath Hanh’s The Great Bell Chant is one; a healer we know assigns it to her patients as a tool for gaining essential perspective.

In Anthony Cerniello‘s beautiful short video, we witness what is nearly impossible to feel or see: a person aging. The changes are so imperceptible (like real life), you have to keep your eyes fixed on her. (We recommend watching with the sound off.)

It is a marvel: we see a child unfold the way Nature does,  as one season quietly transforms into another.
