If the usual interior porn leaves you cold, I recommend spending time at photographer Pedro Guerrero’s website to roam through his photographs of Alexander Calder’s very original living spaces. It is a breath of fresh air to see a completely alive rooms created by Calder and his wife Louisa; they are bursting with color, elemental materials, books, food, a feeling of flow, creativity and relaxation and, of course, art.

Guerrero’s photographs allow you to look closely at Calder’s homes in Roxbury Connecticut and Sache, France.  Look at them on as big a screen as you find.
