Pimenton de la Vera


We use artisan-smoked sweet paprika from the La Vera region of Spain for all sorts of quick “doctorings”: a sprinkle on a frying egg or in deviled eggs…onto roasted or roasting peppers to give them some of the sparkle of piquillo peppers, on potatoes with sour cream, in stews…anything that will benefit from it’s complex subtly smoky/spicy flavor.
